I'd like to share a special moment with you that I had with Fancy. In April 1998, I was sitting on top of the fence watching the horses eat. Fancy came over to visit me and proceeded to muzzle my fingers. I started to pet her face and she put her head in my lap and closed her eyes. At that moment, my heart melted.

I don't know much about her bloodlines so if anyone knows of any the names in her pedigree, I'd love to hear from you. Her Thoroughbred blood is through the amazing stallion Swaps.

Fancy has a disposition of gold. She talks all the time, comes running when called, follows everyone around the property and if you have anything in her corral she will take it away. When we started training her to be hobbled, she figured out that she could walk faster backwards. So when we tried to get her to walk forward by tempting her with feed, she walked backwards away from the feed, turn herself around and walk backwards until she reached the pile.
